This is Kenzie.

 I knew her when she barely had any hair! Now, look at those golden locks!

She is so full of life and happy to share her energy, plus she is so pretty, don't you think?

She takes after her mama.

This is her little brother, Luke. 

He tries to keep up with Kenzie and I'm impressed at how well he does!

I love the strawberry blond hair and deep dark brown eyes.

This precious thing is little Sophia.

She is sweetness itself.

My favorite part of our shoot was the end when her mommy brought out her blankie. 

She was in heaven cuddling it and soothing herself.

Is there anything better?

As a mom who has a girl with a blankie, my heart swelled at the tenderness. 

There are few things more special than watching a child love their lovey, especially if you had one as a child. Then you know.

Fall is here...leaves are being thrown in the air! {A few of my favorites}

I love fall. 

The color, the crisp air, the apples and pumpkins, sweaters and fuzzy boots...I love all of it!

I miss Massachusetts so much at this time of year, but playing with cuties like these helps keep the spirit alive!

I just thought I would share some of my favorite shots so far this season :)

Jumping in leaf piles and throwing them in the air isn't fun without a kid. 

That smile is the best!

And of course, spending time with my own love, Ava.

There's nothing like a portrait of a beautiful child. 

It captures right where they are and their wonder, joy, concern, or whatever it may be.

I am so touched that this family would take time to schedule a shoot just for the four of them. They really value each other and the relationship they have with each other. You can tell these kids spend time together too. They were so fun to watch interact. 

I love their parents too. 

(You know, Kekoa is like a little cousin to my Ava too).

I'm just so happy to capture how sweet they are.

This is such a sweet family, The White's.

I loved photographing them. The girls were all smiles and full of life!

Madelyn could come direct shoots with me, for goodness sake, she was full of ideas! :)

They are so cute together and their mom and dad are so in love. 

As we would walk to different spots I would glance over at them holding hands and smiling.

Cute Brothers {Asher & Madden} | Los Gatos Family Photography

I loved meeting these handsome brothers a few weeks ago. 

Asher and Madden are a blast to be around. 

Full of spunk and energy, aside from the fact that they could be models!

I'm sad that their family is moving to Illinois this week :(

I hope when they come back to visit I can get the chance to shoot them again. For now I'm so grateful that we got a shoot in before they left.

This is a great family. 

Susan is an east coast gal, like myself, so I somehow immediately felt connected to her when I met her and continue to. 

She and Mike have these two beautiful girls, Anna (left) and Clare( right) who have been such a joy to watch grow. 

I'm glad to have them in my life and had a great time photographing them.
